Monthly reports include a brief overview of your IT service and data usage metrics such as the number of tickets resolved, bandwidth usage, active accounts, and hardware changes. Every 3 months we will discuss technology solutions to improve your business process, as well as demonstrate the value provided to your company through our services.

We primarily service Galveston County, the Greater Houston Metro Area, and surrounding cities. We do have long-distance customers as well, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you are looking for a managed service provider but are outside of Texas.
HOW QUICKLY DOES YOUR STAFF RESPOND TO TICKETS?
On average, we start working on your problems within 30 minutes. We also have on-call personnel should an emergency occur. It is in our best interest to get you taken care of as promptly as possible.
